Quadrant Marine Institute

Quadrant is an industry owned and operated trade school, training workers in the yacht and light commercial vessel repair, construction and refit field.  The cornerstone of Quadrant's training is the Marine Repair Techician program, a four year trades apprenticeship certified by the Province of British Columbia.  Students complete a core training curriculum with practical specializations in composites, woodwork or systems installations.

All Quadrant courses are taught by recognized industry experts, owners and senior staff of marine repair and manufacturing companies.  Programs are also available through distance learning.  The Institute collaborates with industry to develop and deliver custom-designed training programs, in-house programs and seminars.  Quadrant trains to ABYC standards.
